Recently, I heard Michelle Obama describe parenting little kids as a ‘chapter’ rather than a ‘phase’ - and that completely reframed how I see this time. Chapters are substantial. They’re part of your story. They deserve to be documented as more than just moments that pass.
I don’t chase trends or create magazine covers. I capture the chapters worth remembering - brothers holding hands at bedtime, bare feet in October grass, the anticipated giggle, the pure joy that happens when no one’s performing.
I’m a perfectionist about the technical details (lighting, composition, that tangled necklace) so you don’t have to be. You get to just… be present with your people while I handle everything else.
